yes and no. I do plan on doing some of the exploration stuff once i get my skills up to the point it's cost effective. But even then I'll not be able to use a cov-ops ship yet.

What would you recommend for this (note cheap and disposable for low sec and nice for empire) I am capable of flying all t1 minmatar frigates, and most gallente (Gal frig 3 for training up industrial) I can pilot any T1 minmatar cruiser as well...
